What vocal technique will I learn?

I was certified as a voice teacher at the Northwest Institute of Voice and I teach Thomas Blaylock’s vocal technique. It is a systematic approach to vocal development and you will work with an exercise booklet and CD. When I started learning this technique, I wasn’t sure if it could help me with the vocal problems I was having. I felt awkward, but I kept working with the exercises. Gradually, I noticed that everything was shifting and the problems I thought would never go away had disappeared!

This technique is revolutionary. It can teach you how to find and maintain a clear and fully resonant sound every day (either speaking or singing). When your voice is “under the weather”, you will learn how to work with it so you don’t have to stop using it to let it heal.
